Heatwave AC
On July 2 our AC was giving up 86°-92°. I thought it was due to the excessive heat outside, on July 4 it was unbearable so ... I did Emergency order Gary showed up with great positive demeanor even with it being a holiday. Thank you Gary he manage to cool it despite the AC conditions. Next day AC gave in, so on that Monday I submitted an order, Carlos promptly was at the apt he did all he could, long story short, next day I came from work my place was chilly cold. I am publicly recognizing not only Mr Carlos Professionalism with his job knowledge, but also with his sincere concerns for the well being of the residents. We truly appreciate how you went above & beyond in an emergency manner, despite the over 100° degrees work conditions on not giving up until you found a solution.
